CONTENT RULES
The canvas is shared by everyone, so a few things are never allowed. Breaking these gets your art removed and your wallet banned.
Never allowed
- Anything illegal, especially any sexual depiction of minors. This is removed immediately and reported to the authorities.
- Sexual or pornographic content, including genitals and sexual acts.
- Hate: hate symbols, slurs, and art that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexuality or disability.
- Threats, harassment and glorifying violence against real people or groups.
- Private information: names with addresses, phone numbers, or anything that identifies a private person.
- Scams: phishing links, fake “airdrop” or “claim” messages, and impersonating projects or people.
- Self-harm content that encourages or glorifies it.
- Bots and wallet farms used to flood the canvas.
Allowed and encouraged
- Art, memes, flags, pixel portraits, and logos of your community or project.
- Painting over other people's pixels. That's the game. Defend your art with friends.
- Alliances, rivalries and borders. Be creative, not cruel.
How moderation works
- Anyone can select a spot on the canvas and press Report.
- An area is covered instantly when several different holders report it, or when a holder reports illegal content. It stays covered until a moderator decides.
- Moderators can erase an area, undo recent damage to restore the art that was there before, and ban wallets.
- Removed paint also disappears from the daily posters and timelapses.
- False reports made to grief other people's art can get the reporting wallet banned.
By painting you agree to these rules and the terms. Proof of Paint may remove anything at any time.
