Plain-English terms for using Proof of Paint. By using the site you agree to them.

What this is

Proof of Paint is a free-to-watch, shared pixel canvas for entertainment. Painting requires connecting a Solana wallet. The site has no affiliation with any other website or company.

The token is access only

• $PAINT lets a wallet paint. It does not represent ownership of anything, a share in anything, or a right to any profit.
• There are no prizes, rewards, winnings, payouts or revenue sharing of any kind.
• Nothing on this site is financial advice or an offer to sell anything. Crypto tokens are volatile and can lose all their value.

Your wallet

Connecting asks your wallet to sign a short text message to prove you own it. It is not a transaction. We never ask you to send funds or sign transactions, and we never have access to your keys. Never share your seed phrase with anyone.

What you paint

• You are responsible for what you paint. It must follow the content rules.
• Only paint things you have the right to share.
• By painting, you allow Proof of Paint to display your pixels publicly, including in the daily posters, timelapse videos and share images, and to keep them in the archive.
• Your wallet address is shown next to the pixels it painted. Wallet addresses are public on the blockchain.

Moderation

We may hide, erase or roll back any part of the canvas, remove items from the archive, and ban wallets, at any time and for any reason, including breaking the rules. We remove illegal content as soon as we know about it and report it to the authorities where required.

Takedown requests

If something on the canvas uses your copyrighted work or trademark without permission, or shows your private information, report it with the Report button on the canvas. We review every request and remove infringing content.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. It may be unavailable, change, or end at any time, and the canvas or archive may be reset or lost. To the extent the law allows, Proof of Paint is not liable for any loss arising from using the site or holding any token.

Age

You must be old enough to use crypto wallets where you live (18+ in most places).
